Twelve boys from Norfolk U13's cricket will be touring Cape Town, 12th February – 22nd February 2015. The squad will be travelling with three coaches, their current Team Manager and ex-Norfolk Captain/Coach Paul Newman plus Luke Caswell and Kevin Denmark.


Whilst on tour we will visit many of Cape Town's wonderful sights including Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Cape Peninsula Coast. It is our intention to visit two townships, Langa and Kayelitsha, as well as Baphumelele Children's Home, the charity we are supporting. We will play four cricket matches against local clubs and school teams.

Arriving Home

We all arrived home safely after a much quicker coach journey to Norwich. At the Heathrow Airport some of the boys met the actor who plays Filch in the Harry Potter films.


It has been the most amazing tour, we have all got along so well and been so happy. It will be remembered forever!
